At Dreams of Journey to Himalaya, we understand that plans can change. However, to ensure smooth operations and to maintain fairness for all our customers, we have established the following cancellation policy.

1. Cancellation by the Customer

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled trip: Full refund of the booking amount, minus a processing fee of ₹2,000 per person.
• Cancellations made between 15 to 29 days before the scheduled trip: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
• Cancellations made 14 days or less before the scheduled trip: No refund will be provided.

2. Cancellation Due to Force Majeure

If the trip needs to be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events:

• Full refund will be provided, or
• Alternate dates or trip adjustments can be arranged, depending on availability and your preference.

3. No-Show Policy

In the event of a no-show on the day of travel or the scheduled trip, no refund will be provided, and the booking will be treated as canceled.

4. Cancellation by the Company

In the rare event that Dreams of Journey to Himalaya needs to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances, we will:

• Provide a full refund to the customer.
• Offer an alternative trip date or a different package if preferred.

5. Modifications to Reservations

• Modifications to booking dates or trip details are allowed subject to availability and must be requested in writing (via email).
• Changes made 15 days or more before the scheduled departure may incur a nominal modification fee.
• Changes made within 14 days of the trip may be subject to additional charges.

6. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
• Refunds will be credited back to the same account used for the initial booking.
